Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Strategy & Growth
1. Define, plan, and execute a digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives.
2. Develop customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across multiple channels.
Brand Building & Presence
1. Own and evolve the brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
2. Establish and maintain a strong, consistent presence across social and digital platforms.
Campaign Management
1. Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable ROI.
2. Drive organic growth through SEO, content, partnerships, and influencer marketing.
Analytics & Optimization
1. Track, analyze, and report performance across all digital channels.
2. Use insights to optimize campaigns and guide leadership on growth opportunities.
Email & Automation
1. Design and execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows.
2. Leverage personalization and segmentation to maximize conversions.
Leadership & Collaboration
1. Build, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
2. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to drive integrated growth initiatives.
