About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:E-commerce management associate at Fabway Clothing, you will play a pivotal role in curating compelling content and managing our online store to drive sales and brand awareness. If you are proficient in MS-Excel, have excellent spoken English, a keen eye for fashion design, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and proficiency in web design, we want you on our team!
Key responsibilities:
1. Update product listings, prices, and descriptions on all major e-commerce portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product visibility across platforms.
3. Handle daily order processing, shipping coordination, and return management.
4. Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
5. Track and update inventory levels across platforms to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse/production team for stock reconciliation.
7. Create engaging and SEO-optimized content for our website and social media platforms.
