About the Internship
Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in e-commerce and gain hands-on experience in product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Product Listing & Catalog Support:
1. Assist in uploading and updating product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, etc.) and our website.
2. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing details are accurate and up to date.
3. Order & Inventory Coordination:
4. Support the team in monitoring and processing daily orders.
5. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and delivery follow-ups.
6. Help track inventory levels and update platforms as needed.
Marketplace & Vendor Coordination:
1. Assist in communicating with marketplace account managers for promotions, listings, and issue resolution.
2. Help monitor platform performance metrics such as ratings, delivery scores, and returns.
Reporting & Analysis:
1. Contribute to generating weekly sales and operations reports.
2. Support the team in analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
3. Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
4. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
