About the Internship
As an e-Learning Instructional Designer Intern at Imarticus Learning, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in content management, effective communication, Microsoft 365, MS-PowerPoint, Canva, design thinking, and training and development.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging e-learning content.
2. Utilize design thinking principles to create visually appealing and interactive courses.
3. Manage content using Microsoft 365 tools and Canva to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for various programs.
5. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
6. Research best practices in instructional design to enhance learning outcomes.
7. Support the training and development team in delivering high-quality learning experiences for learners.
