Strength Masters is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Consultant intern who excels in effective communication and is proficient in both spoken English and Hindi.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Educating customers about our products and services
2) Assist in conducting career guidance sessions under supervision.
3) Administer or support in administering psychometric/career assessments (e.g., aptitude, personality, strengths tests).
4) Research new career trends, educational programs
5) Draft emails, session summaries, and reports.
6) Observe counseling sessions to learn techniques and styles.
7) Receive training in counseling ethics, confidentiality, and communication.
8) Reflect on experiences and share feedback to improve service delivery.
