About the Internship
Key responsibilities:1. Review and audit internal and external email communications for compliance, tone, branding, grammar, and accuracy.
2. Identify risks or violations in email communications and escalate issues as necessary.
3. Provide actionable feedback and suggestions to improve email quality, effectiveness, and clarity.
4. Collaborate with teams across compliance, marketing, customer service, and IT to standardize email practices.
5. Maintain documentation and audit logs of reviewed communications.
6. Assist in training teams on best practices for professional and compliant email communication.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Email Auditor to join our compliance and quality assurance team. The Email Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing outbound and inbound email communications to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining communication integrity, identifying gaps in compliance, and improving email performance across the organization.
