About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Email Drafting:
1. Preparing effective emails about Keshu Foundation’s projects, initiatives, and fundraising campaigns.
B. Ensuring proper grammar, structure, and professional tone.
C. Finding New Emails (Contact Research):
1. Researching and creating a list of potential donors, corporate CSR departments, educational institutions, and individuals/organizations interested in social work.
D. Keeping the database updated and well-categorized.
E. Email Sending & Follow-Up:
1. Sending the drafted emails to the concerned people on time.
2. Managing responses and taking necessary follow-up action.
3. Reaching out again to those who have not responded to build engagement.
F. Sharing Information About KESHU Foundation:
1. Effectively communicating the mission, objectives, social impact, and initiatives of Keshu Foundation through each email.
2. Encouraging recipients to connect with and support the work of Keshu Foundation.
G. Excel Sheet Data Management:
1. Recording new email contacts, responses, and follow-up details systematically in Excel sheets.
2. Categorizing and keeping the data updated (e.g., emails sent, responses received, pending follow-ups, etc.).
3. Preparing reports and sharing them with the team.
