About the Internship
We are seeking motivated and curious students—even freshman undergraduates—to join us as interns. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary setup, gaining hands-on experience in electronics, electrical systems, microcontrollers, software, and exposure to AI tools.Role Overview:
The Electronics/Energy Engineering Intern will contribute to the sourcing, production, and assembly of Wenergie’s energy products. In addition, the intern will gain hands-on experience with microcontroller programming, product testing, configuration, and installation. This role is designed for students who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a real-world engineering environment.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Sourcing & Supplier Coordination:
1. Assist in identifying and sourcing components for production.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, including attending meetings when required.
3. Manage and track inventory of components.
Production & Assembly:
1. Perform soldering of electronic components and PCB assemblies.
2. Program microcontroller firmware for products.
3. Assist in assembling, configuring, and testing devices prior to deployment.
Product Development & Learning:
1. Gain hands-on experience in PCB design.
2. Collaborate with engineers across electronics, electrical systems, and software disciplines.
3. Learn and contribute to integration of AI tools into workflows.
