About the Internship
Are you passionate about event management and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment? Acmobook is seeking a dynamic Event Management Intern to join our team! As an Event Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to plan and execute various events. Your creativity and design thinking skills will be put to the test as you help bring our events to life.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
2. Working with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
3. Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing event materials.
4. Utilizing English proficiency to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
5. Engaging in creative thinking to come up with innovative event ideas and solutions.
6. Conducting post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
