Assist in coordinating various aspects of events, from venue selection to vendor management.
2. Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure all expectations are met.
5. Assist in budget management and expense tracking for each event.
6. Support in post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide administrative support to the Event Management team as needed.
