About the Internship

D Tale CREATRIX, one of Pune’s leading wedding planners, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic and creative individuals.As a Wedding Planning & Décor Intern, you will get the chance to work closely with our expert team on real-time projects and learn the nuances of wedding planning and décor execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and décor setups.
Support the décor team in conceptualizing and implementing theme-based designs.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the operations team to meet client requirements.
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event-related logistics.
Design promotional materials and social media content using Canva.
Participate in on-ground event execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.
Provide administrative and creative support to the wedding planning team.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive, creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Passion for weddings, décor, and client servicing.
