About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on helping the event coordinators to execute the event successfully
2. Work closely with the senior members who will coordinate the campaign, and evaluate and measure the performance
3. Brainstorming and implementing the event plans and concepts
4. Designing day-to-day event schedule & execution
5. Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
6. Managing vendors & procuring materials for event execution
7. Working on cold calling
8. Gain exposure to event planning by assisting in the logistical coordination and execution of events.
9. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience for children and families.
