About the Internship
About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a blend of event management and social media skills, ensuring smooth coordination with models, partners, celebrities, and internal teams, while also maintaining a strong online presence for the brand.
Key responsibilities:
A. Event coordination:
1. Manage and coordinate models who register with us.
2. Handle offline event execution, including coordination with designers, partners, guests, jury members, and setup teams.
3. Manage VVIPs and celebrity guests during events to ensure a seamless experience.
4. Liaise with external stakeholders such as sponsors, partners, and vendors.
5. Support the planning and execution of show timelines, rehearsals, and backstage management.
B. Social media management:
1. Manage official social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
2. Coordinate posts, stories, and reels aligned with event activities and brand promotions.
3. Increase brand visibility and engagement through creative campaigns and online presence.
4. Collaborate with the creative team for content, captions, and event promotions.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment.
3. Experience in event coordination and/or social media management preferred.
4. Comfortable managing high-profile personalities (VVIPs, celebrities, jury).
5. Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
