About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Market & Event Research: Identifying upcoming events, expos, and conferences relevant to target industries.
2. Database Management: Building and maintaining a database of event organizers, venues, and stakeholders.
3. Competitor Analysis: Tracking competitor participation in events and analyzing industry trends.
4. Vendor & Venue Sourcing: Researching potential vendors, venues, and partners for events.
5. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential exhibitors, sponsors, or attendees.
6. Content Support: Providing researched inputs for event proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
7. Reporting: Sharing daily/weekly reports on new opportunities and research findings.
8. Coordination: Working closely with marketing and sales teams to align event opportunities with business goals.
9. Follow-ups: Assisting in outreach to event organizers or partners for additional details.
