About the Internship
About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support our IAQ Lead. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, business development, and executive coordination while working in a purpose-driven company making a tangible impact on people’s lives.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the IAQ Lead with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
2. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes of meetings.
3. Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards.
4. Work extensively with Odoo and Excel to prepare reports and follow up with commercial entities.
5. Refine content and documents for sales-related requirements.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the clean air technology sector.
7. Maintain and update client databases and sales trackers. 8. Make occasional cold calls to schedule appointments. 9. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities. 10. Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
