About the Internship
Executive Assistant to COO/CEO: Looking for a student or early-career professional interested in pursuing the Executive Assistant (EA) track, including those considering an EA Fellowship in the near future.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
2. Supporting ongoing projects across operations, product, and content
3. Conducting background research and preparing briefs or summaries
4. Drafting and editing documents, presentations, or communication materials
5. Helping plan and organize initiatives related to startups, tech, or nonprofit work
6. Taking meeting notes and tracking action items for follow-up
7. Contributing to creative projects (writing, storytelling, content planning, etc.)
8. Managing small tasks related to logistics, outreach, or internal systems
9. Learning new tools or methods as needed and applying them to live projects
10. Participating in brainstorming, feedback sessions, or strategy discussions
Note:
This is a hands-on, high-learning opportunity where you'll support me directly in a wide range of day-to-day tasks, gaining practical exposure across:
1. Startups and brand building
2. Tech strategy and product development
3. Planning, operations, and strategic decision-making
4. Nonprofits, youth leadership, and impact projects
5. Building and scaling new initiatives from scratch
6. Storytelling, creative writing, and fiction projects
7. Soft skills, personal effectiveness, and leadership
You’ll work closely with me on a mix of administrative, strategic, and creative tasks — making this a unique learning-through-doing experience across multiple fields.
