About the Internship
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Business Development.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Founder's support:
1. Manage daily activities and administrative responsibilities.
2. Assist in operations across weddings, events, media shoots, and counseling verticals.
3. Actively contribute to lead generation and relationship-building for different business segments.
B. Executive support:
1. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to the Founder.
2. Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and follow-ups.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and shoots.
4. Support content planning and execution for media shoots and brand projects.
C. Business development & lead generation:
1. Research and identify potential clients, sponsors, and collaborators across verticals (weddings, MICE, luxury gifting, counseling, and travel).
2. Build and maintain databases of HNI/UHNI prospects.
3. Support outreach campaigns, networking opportunities, and proposal preparation.
4. Track and report leads, conversions, and client interactions.
