About the Internship

As the Executive Intern, you will act as the core member of staff with the CEO, supporting both day-to-day executive assistance responsibilities and strategic business operations. This role is ideal for a proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build strong foundations in business management, consulting, and leadership.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Executive assistance & ceo office support:
1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
2. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups for client and internal meetings.
3. Track action items, deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
4. Handle documentation, filing, and coordination with stakeholders.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

B. Business operations management and tracking:
1. Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on key business initiatives.
2. Maintain dashboards and trackers for project progress, client engagement, and internal goals, including the following
3. Client/prospects meetings and engagement planning, and follow-up

C. Sales pipeline & leads (end customers + partners):
1. Service delivery status (use cases, custom projects, automation)
2. Invoicing, payments, and revenue forecasting
3. Ensure all business processes are systematized and visible at a glance.
 
D. Sales & marketing support:
1. Contribute to proposals, decks, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
2. Support digital marketing campaigns, CRM management, and client outreach initiatives.
3. Assist in organizing events, webinars, and client engagements.
4. Maintain a lead database and track follow-ups with prospects, clients, and partners
5. Ensure sales process checkpoints (collaterals sent, proposals shared, demo booked, contract signed) are recorded and followed up on.

E. Finance & administration support:
1. Help track expenses, invoices, and budgets.
2. Assist in the smooth running of day-to-day admin activities.
