About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, and local networks
2. Conduct basic screening and shortlist suitable candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews/walk-in drives
4. Support onboarding by collecting and verifying documents
5. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
6. Travel to hiring locations and engage with local communities
7. Share regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
