About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Sales Support:
1. Assist the sales team in identifying potential exhibitors and sponsors.
2. Research leads and compile contact lists for outreach.
3. Help prepare sales presentations and materials for prospective clients.
4. Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, or demos with potential exhibitors.
B. Customer Service:
1. Respond to basic inquiries from exhibitors and potential clients.
2. Help coordinate communication between exhibitors and the event management team.
3. Provide support in post-event follow-ups (sending thank-you notes, gathering feedback, etc.).
C. Administrative Assistance:
1. Assist with database management, ensuring that exhibitor and sponsorship information is updated.
2. Help with the preparation and organization of contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
3. Track exhibitor registrations and help with the logistics of booth allocations.
4. Maintain records of communication and sales progress in CRM or other tracking systems.
