About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Accounting and bookkeeping:
1. Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
2. Support the preparation of vouchers, invoices, payment receipts, and bank reconciliations.
3. Maintain digital and physical records of financial documents.
B. Financial reporting:
1. Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense summaries, and profit & loss statements.
2. Help in monthly/quarterly financial closing activities.
3. Support reconciliations and audit preparation.
C. Compliance support:
1. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings under supervision.
2. Help maintain compliance checklists and timelines.
D. Budgeting & forecasting:
1. Support in budgeting exercises and variance analysis.
2. Help in tracking consultancy project costs and recoverables.
E. Client & project support:
1. Coordinate with clients for invoices, payments, and document collection.
2. Assist with financial data compilation for business advisory assignments.
F. Process improvement:
1. Help automate repetitive tasks and maintain SOPs.
2. Suggest improvements to financial processes and documentation standards.
Who we're looking for:
1. Education: B.Com/BBA/BMS or pursuing/completed M.Com/MBA in finance or CA inter/articleship level.
