About the Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Month 1 – Foundation & Setup (Days 1–30)
Day 1–2: Flutter & Dart setup on local machine for Bijli Wala Aya User App
Day 3–7: Practice basic Flutter widgets, layouts, UI elements for app screens
Day 8–12: Learn Flutter project structure, navigation, routes for cross-platform version
Day 13–18: Git & GitHub setup for version control of Bijli Wala Aya project
Day 19–24: Firebase setup – Authentication & Firestore for User App
Day 25–30: Small practice project – Login, Signup, Home Screen
Deliverable: Flutter prototype of Bijli Wala Aya User App

Month 2 – Core App Development Begins (Days 31–60)
Day 31–35: Implement navigation – bottom navigation bar, drawer
Day 36–45: Build core screens: Home, Services List, Profile
Day 46–50: Integrate Firebase for authentication & data storage
Day 51–60: Implement forms, input validation, and error handling
Deliverable: Flutter version of Bijli Wala Aya User App with 3–4 functional screens + Firebase

Month 3 – Advanced Features (Days 61–90)
Day 61–65: Service booking feature – Add, Edit, View
Day 66–70: Real-time updates with Firebase
Day 71–75: Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging
Day 76–80: Implement search & filters for services
Day 81–90: Testing & bug fixes
Deliverable: Functional Flutter User App (Android + iOS) with booking & notifications

Month 4 – Web Version Development (Days 91–120)
Day 91–95: Flutter Web project setup & responsive layout planning
Day 96–100: Convert core screens to responsive design for web
Day 101–110: Firebase integration for Web
Day 111–120: Cross-platform testing (Android + iOS + Web)
Deliverable: Web version of Bijli Wala Aya User App running with same functionality as mobile app

Month 5 – Advanced Integrations & Payment (Days 121–150)
Day 121–125: Payment gateway integration (Razorpay / PayPal)
Day 126–130: Profile & settings improvements
Day 131–135: Analytics & usage tracking setup
Day 136–145: App performance optimization
Day 146–150: Security checks & validation
Deliverable: Flutter User App fully functional with payments & analytics

Month 6 – Testing, Deployment & Documentation (Days 151–180)
Day 151–155: Complete unit testing & bug fixing
Day 156–160: Android APK build & testing
Day 161–165: iOS app build & testing (TestFlight)
Day 166–170: Web app final testing & deployment
Day 171–180: Documentation – Code comments, README, user guide, final GitHub repo submission
Deliverable: Fully functional Bijli Wala Aya User App (Flutter) for Android, iOS, Web + Complete documentation
