About the Internship
About the Role:If you’ve ever wanted to see what it’s like to build a startup from zero — this is your backstage pass. As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founding team across everything — from marketing campaigns to sales calls, from operations planning to social media strategy. It’s part strategy, part chaos, and a whole lot of learning. No two days will look the same — and that’s exactly the point.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Creative thinking and willingness to experiment
Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or operations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Intern’s Responsibilities:
Support the founding team on day-to-day projects across marketing, operations, distribution, and sales
Assist with content ideas, social media strategy, and brand campaigns
Help coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth execution
Research and bring fresh ideas to the table for growth and partnerships
Work closely with design and operations to understand how every part of the business connects
Additional Candidate Preferences:
On-site internship (2–3 days/week) for students from OP Jindal University, Ashoka University, WSD, and NIFTEM preferred.
Students who are generalists or want to explore multiple aspects of building a business
Comfortable working from the Sonipat office 2–3 times a week
Highly proactive and self-motivated with a “figure-it-out” mindset
