About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Strategic & Business Support
1. Assist senior management in planning, research, and execution of strategic initiatives.
2. Work on cross-functional projects (operations, marketing, HR, finance, sales).
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making.
B. Operations Management
1. Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
2. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, HR, etc.) to streamline processes.
C. Market & Data Research
1. Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and consumer insights studies.
2. Identify business trends and prepare summaries for management.
3. Support new product launches or business development initiatives.
D. Project Coordination
1. Take ownership of small projects or modules under guidance.
2. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution.
3. Assist in monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
E. People & Communication
1. Liaise between senior management and different teams.
2. Support HR in employee engagement, recruitment drives, or training programs.
3. Participate in meetings and prepare minutes / follow-up action trackers.
F. Learning & Development
Gain hands-on exposure to multiple functions (rotational assignments).
Shadow leaders to understand decision-making frameworks.
Present learnings and project outcomes at the end of the internship.
