About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:Grants, Proposals & Pitch Competitions (60%)
1. Research and monitor funding opportunities including government, bilateral, multilateral grants, and global pitch competitions.
2. Maintain a calendar of upcoming grants, deadlines, and submission requirements.
3. Draft, review, and prepare high-quality proposals, applications, and pitch decks tailored to each funding opportunity.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information, data, and documents required for submissions.
5. Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time meeting deadlines is mandatory.
6. Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for all submitted applications, supporting documents, and results for future reference.
Project Management & Lab Support (40%)
1. Assist project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
2. Support lab activities, including experiment documentation, material procurement coordination, and data recording.
3. Prepare progress updates and reports for ongoing projects.
4. Contribute to process improvement by recommending better documentation and coordination practices.
