About the Internship
As a graphic design intern working in the employee engagement team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Craft killer designs to contribute towards brand marketing initiatives
2. Bring employee engagement and experience ideas to life with your creativity
3. Collaborate with various teams for in-house design projects
4. Turn important work updates and communications into easy-to-understand and eye-catching creatives
5. Use your storytelling skills to draft content and resources that get employees talking
6. Work closely with senior leadership to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas
What We’re Looking For
1. 1+ years of experience in graphic design or an impressive body of work
2. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
3. A keen eye for detail and originality
4. Quick turnaround time and the ability to collaborate with teams
