About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails based on video briefs and brand guidelines.
2. Brainstorm creative concepts for thumbnails that improve CTR (Click-Through Rate).
3. Communicate with clients/team in both Hindi and English to understand requirements and present design options.
4. Incorporate feedback quickly and refine thumbnails to final delivery.
5. Research the latest YouTube design trends (colors, fonts, styles, competitors’ thumbnails).
6. Maintain consistency in design style while experimenting with new creative ideas.
7. Organize and manage design files for easy access and version control.
8. Ensure timely delivery of thumbnails, respecting deadlines and schedules.
9. Collaborate with video editors/marketing team (if needed) to align thumbnails with overall content strategy.
10. Track performance of thumbnails (if access is given) and suggest improvements for future designs.
