About the Internship
Note: This position is strictly for freshers or recent graduates (0–1 year experience). Experienced candidates will not be considered.At Pexaworks, we build more than software—we craft digital experiences powered by AI, modern tech, and standout design. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring bold ideas to life through eye-catching, on-brand visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Create social media content – Design static and animated posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and infographics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
2. Design marketing materials – Banners, email templates, pitch decks, ads, and web graphics.
3. Work with content & marketing teams – Translate ideas into visuals that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
4. Maintain brand consistency – Ensure visual output follows brand guidelines across all channels.
5. Stay on trend – Research design and social media trends to keep visuals modern and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
1. A portfolio showcasing strong design skills (social media posts, branding, marketing visuals).
2. Proficiency in Canva (must-have), Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
3. Good sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
4. Basic understanding of social media formats and engagement strategies.
5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, engaging visuals.
6 Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
Bonus Points For
1. Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or Canva Pro animations).
2. Experience with branding or UI elements.
3. Experience designing content for tech or startup brands.
