About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Proactively reach out to potential guests, including influencers, celebrities, and entertainers, to appear on The Lean Guy Show.
2. Bring high-profile and relevant guests on board to participate in the show, ensuring alignment with the show’s brand and audience.
3. Collaborate with talent management agencies to secure celebrity appearances and manage communication.
4. Build and maintain a database of potential guests, tracking relevance, audience reach, and engagement potential.
5. Align guest availability with production schedules and manage all shoot logistics, including timing, location, and guest requirements.
6. Brief guests on the show format, challenges, and game segments they will participate in.
7. Maintain professional and friendly relations with guests and their representatives.
8. Gather guest feedback post-shoot to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat collaborations.
9. Work with the content team to align guest appearances with trending topics or viral formats.
10. Track and analyze the performance of guest-based episodes to refine future guest selection strategies.
11. Manage social media posting, replies, and audience engagement, ensuring the show’s digital presence grows along with guest promotions.
12. Stay updated with recent movies, reality shows, web series, and influencer trends to identify timely guest opportunities.
13. Demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills to bring entertaining, high-impact guests to the show.
