About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Customer interaction & engagement:
1. Greet and welcome walk-in customers, prospects, and visitors.
2. Understand customer requirements and direct them to the concerned sales executive.
3. Ensure visitors are comfortable, offering hospitality (tea/coffee, water, etc.).
4. Maintain professional communication and provide basic project information.
B. Lead management & coordination:
1. Record customer details (walk-ins, enquiries, referrals, broker visits) in CRM or visitor log.
2. Assign and coordinate customers with sales executives.
3. Follow up on inquiries where required to ensure conversions.
4. Assist in scheduling and confirming site visits, meetings, and events.
C. Sales support:
1. Assist the sales team with brochures, price sheets, application forms, and other documents.
2. Ensure availability of updated marketing collateral and project materials.
3. Support in organizing customer events, site tours, and promotional activities.
D. Customer experience & relationship management:
1. Ensure a pleasant and professional guest experience at all touchpoints.
2. Address customer queries courteously and escalate where necessary.
3. Coordinate with CRM team for handholding customers post-booking.
4. Maintain relationships with channel partners and walk-in clients to enhance brand goodwill.
E. Administration & reporting:
1. Maintain proper records of daily walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups.
2. Share daily/weekly reports with the sales manager.
3. Ensure the reception/sales lounge area is well-maintained and presentable.
4. Adhere to company SOPs and compliance in customer interaction.
