About the Internship
1. Call parents (mostly mothers) who have seen the app during field demos or recently downloaded it.2. Explain how to use the app and demonstrate how it helps them teach their child.
3. Encourage parents to complete the first 3–5 tasks.
4. Motivate and build trust with supportive communication: e.g., "You can do this, even if you can't read!"
5. Address simple user queries, such as audio issues or task access problems.
6. Provide basic tech support by guiding users on:
How to open the app
Using audio features
Accessing offline mode
7. Record feedback, including reasons for discontinuing use and likes/dislikes.
8. Update daily call logs, user responses, and issues in the tracking sheet.
