Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly and professionally.
2. Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
3. Maintain guest records, address queries, and ensure excellent customer service.
4. Assist in day-to-day hospitality operations and administrative tasks.
5. Manage and update social media accounts to create engaging content and maintain brand visibility.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and learn processes with ease.
