About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in handling guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.
2. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
3. Support daily operations by monitoring bookings, calendars, and guest communications.
4. Help resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
5. Collect guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the stay experience.
6. Maintain property standards by ensuring cleanliness, amenities, and supplies are up to date.
