About the Internship
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team.The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience, from check-in to check-out. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide an engaging first impression.
1. Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our facilities, services, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
3. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to fulfill guest requests.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback forms or surveys and suggest improvements.
5. Support the team in planning and organizing guest activities or events.
6. Perform administrative tasks such as updating guest records, reservations, and logs.
Qualifications
1. Enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
4. Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
5. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
