About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in planning and coordinating live events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and social gatherings
2. Supporting the lead host (Host in Heels) during events with on-ground logistics, client coordination, and time management
3. Managing backstage flow, cue sheets, and helping ensure smooth transitions throughout the event
4. Attending pre-event briefings and rehearsals to understand show flow and brand expectations
5. Capturing behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) for social media and brand promotion
6. Researching and creating engaging scripts, games, and content ideas for upcoming events
7. Handling basic administrative tasks such as maintaining event checklists, travel arrangements, and communication follow-ups
