About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'HR Intern' who will assist in hirings. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from resume screening to onboarding.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening resumes
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Following up with interviewers and ensuring timely feedback
4. Assisting in offer rollouts, candidate documentation, and HR records
5. Conducting induction and onboarding formalities for selected candidates
6. Maintaining daily MIS of hiring status, interviews, and documentation flow
