About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Recruitment & Hiring Support
1. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
2. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
3. Assisting in posting job openings across platforms.
Employee Engagement & Support
1. Assisting in onboarding and induction processes.
2. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
3. Supporting HR in employee engagement activities.
HR Operations
1. Preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
2. Assisting in attendance, leave, and payroll-related data collation.
3. Ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Learning & Development
1. Researching HR trends and best practices.
2. Assisting in training program coordination.
General HR Support
1. Handling day-to-day queries from employees.
2. Supporting the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
