About the Internship

Join us as an HR Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in the core functions of human resources.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee database updates, and document management
2. Assist in drafting letters, contracts, and internal communication documents
3. Help coordinate onboarding and exit processes for employees and interns
4. Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data entry in systems or spreadsheets
5. Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries, updates, and follow-ups
6. Assist in policy communication, training schedules, and compliance checklists
7. Organize HR files, ensure confidentiality, and support audits or internal reviews
8. Learn and support core HR processes like payroll assistance, leaves tracking, and HRMS usage
