About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
3. Prepare and organize employee files.
4. Assist in induction and orientation sessions.
5. Help in daily attendance tracking and leave recording.
6. Assist in preparing presentations/reports for management.
7. Ensure proper documentation of new hires (ID proofs, bank details, and statutory forms).
