About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Supporting employee onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
3. Maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and attendance details.
4. Assisting in drafting HR policies, notices, and communication material.
5. Supporting employee engagement activities, events, and surveys..
6. Conducting basic research on HR best practices and preparing reports/presentations.
7. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
