About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process for interview coordination.
2. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Prepare and organize onboarding materials and assist with orientation sessions.
3. Employee Relations: Aid in maintaining employee records and databases. Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
4. Training and Development: Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation. Assist in identifying training needs and recommending suitable programs.
5. HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
6. Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Collaborate with the HR team to communicate benefit information to employees.
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
