About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand hiring requirements and role descriptions provided by the management.
2. Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial interviews (Telephonic/ Video) and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
5. You will be required to conduct 30 - 45 interviews on a daily basis.
6. Schedule interviews for the Short Listed Candidates with the Sales Manager.
7. Draft and send job offer letters to selected candidates on the same day.
8. Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
9. Guide candidates from the offer stage to the joining process (documentation, onboarding assistance, etc.).
10. Coordinate the Training Programme with the Sales Manager for new joinees.
11. Maintain a database of candidates, interviews, and hiring status.
12. Resolve the Queries of the employees/ interns as and when required.
13. Conduct the Day 1 Briefing & Orientation Programme for all new interns/employees.
14. Design and conduct Ice-Breaking sessions to build comfort and rapport.
15. Clarify company policies, roles, and expectations effectively.
16. Draft and share offer letters, internship agreements, and joining formalities.
17. Conduct briefing and induction sessions for new joiners, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and processes.
18. Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
19. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
20. Support HR team in monitoring intern/employee performance and reporting progress.
21. Help in resolving employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.
22. Manage attendance records of all interns.
23. Handle leave requests in case of emergencies.
24. Maintain smooth communication and address interns’/employees’ queries.
25. Assist in designing and executing training programmes as and when required.
26. Create interactive engagement activities to improve team bonding.
27. Support day-to-day HR operations.
28. Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all interns.
29. Find replacement of the intern/ employee incase the intern/ employee is not performing.
30. Maintain the performance records of all the interns/employees and share the daily report with the management.
31. Work closely with the Sales Manager, Social Media Manager
