About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. HR activities:
1. Post new job openings on LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, and college portals.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
3. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate database (Google Sheets/Excel/ATS).
5. Send onboarding mails & collect documents of new joiners.
B. Marketing activities:
1. Create and post daily content on our product social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
2. Research competitor marketing strategies.
3. Prepare short promotional write-ups (brochures, LinkedIn posts, client emails).
4. Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn/Cold Email/WhatsApp outreach.
C. Other responsibilities:
1. Maintain & update marketing database (prospect list, company contacts).
2. Track engagement metrics of posts (likes, shares, reach).
3. Draft email campaigns for potential clients.
4. Support in preparing presentations for client pitches.
