About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify and approach potential candidates through job portals, databases, and networking.
2. Conduct initial telephonic screenings and share shortlisted profiles with the HR team.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Keep recruitment trackers updated and assist in preparing weekly hiring dashboards.
5. Contribute to creating a smooth and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding.
6. Support HR in executing bulk hiring drives when required.
