About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter intern to join our team at Wehire Talent Solutions. If you are proficient in both spoken and written English, we want to hear from you! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment while working closely with our experienced HR team.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
5. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment tracking systems
6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and career fairs
7. Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies
