About the Internship
We are looking for a Remote HR Recruiter intern to join our dynamic team at Expose Trendze! As a key player in our recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Effective Communication, Time Management, and Interviewing.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms and techniques.
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards.
5. Manage candidate feedback and keep applicants informed throughout the recruitment process.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
7. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas and strategies.
