About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Candidate Sourcing: Research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, GitHub, and other platforms.
2. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates against defined role requirements.
3. Outreach & Engagement: Draft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
5. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or spreadsheets.
6. Employer Branding Support: Help create job posts, career page content, and social media updates to attract talent.
7. Market Research: Assist in mapping talent pools, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
8. Reporting: Provide weekly reports on candidate pipeline, outreach effectiveness, and hiring progress.
