1. Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify potential candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system.
7. Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and address any HR-related issues.
