About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various vacancies within the organization
2. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and taking care of end-to-end recruitment processes
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
4. Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures
5. Assisting in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
6. Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement
7. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
8. Preparing HR-related reports and metrics for management review
9. Preparing and rolling out offer letters to selected candidates
10. Acting as a bridge between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate terms of employment
11. Coordinating the background verification process for new hires
12. Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up IT accounts, and scheduling orientation sessions
13. Coordinating with department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles
14. Maintaining and updating HR documentation including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
