About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Talent acquisition & onboarding: Assist in screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding.
2. Employee engagement: Help organize engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
3. HR operations & documentation: Maintain employee records, assist in payroll coordination, and handle compliance paperwork.
4. Learning & development: Support training programs, track progress, and prepare reports.
5. HR analytics & reports: Assist in analyzing HR data and preparing dashboards.
